Refund & Return Policy

At La Belle Vie Boutique, we strive to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help!

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [Insert Customer Service Email]. To assist us in resolving the issue, we require the following:

  • A photo of the attached shipping waybill.

  • A photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill clearly visible.

  • A photo of the entire product in question.

Please do not discard the original shipping waybill or packaging, as they may be required for return processing. If the shipping box or packaging is damaged but the item itself is in perfect condition, it will not be considered a damaged product.

Missing Shipments

For missing or contactless shipments marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. Compensation for lost packages will only be provided in accordance with the carrier’s transportation compensation policy.

Returns

Returns are subject to two-way shipping costs, as well as any additional warehousing, customs, or other charges incurred by the carrier. Please ensure accuracy when placing orders to avoid any unnecessary fees.
